• Service Description: Ag Consultraining provides an online platform that connects job seekers (Candidates) with potential employers (Employers). Services include job listings, candidate profiles, resume uploads, employer dashboards, and job application management.
• Candidate Responsibilities: Candidates must provide accurate personal and professional information. They are responsible for the content in their profiles and resumes and agree not to post false, misleading, or offensive information or use the platform unlawfully.
• Employer Responsibilities: Employers must provide accurate company and job posting information. They are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions and employment offers and agree not to engage in discriminatory, deceptive, or unethical hiring practices or misuse candidate data.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Ag Consultraining is not liable for any loss arising from failure to protect your account.
• Platform Usage Rules: You agree not to attempt to breach the platform’s security, use automated means to interact with the platform, or post content that is fraudulent, offensive, or unlawful. Misrepresenting your identity or company is strictly prohibited.
